Go back through the RNS's and look who holds shares in MOS then give some thought to who might own shares in GANA and who might have been in GANA when it was seeded and all began ?

Your comment that the "Tijuana Brass Band mob " would own the majority shares is very much misinformed, all the information to come to this conclusion is in the public domain you just have to work it out.

The fact you can’t work it out is not really my problem it’s been done roughly in the TG group taking into account current ownership, further ownership of CMS and current exchange rates.

Lothbury - to be clear there are 190 members in the MOS Telegram Group all of which know where the value is coming from, furthermore they know what the cost is, what the dilution is and how the valuation has been derived - I’m afraid I’m not going to do your research for you, IF you are invested perhaps you should have done it yourself prior to investing ?

If you aren’t invested then why does it matter to you ?

Read the RNS thoroughly perhaps even twice and you might understand where the funding is coming from then read previous RNS’s about the income streams from various different facets of the business including CMS, look at the value of a gaming licence ( that are no longer available ).

Various individuals keep harping on about where is the revenue ? - well no-one knows do they as Gana is private company but one thing is for sure the NOMAD will not allow a figure to be plucked out of the air !

An independent valuation will need to have been done to justify the valuation and I would have thought with your corporate background you would know that ?

Suffice to say there are to my knowledge 190 very comfortable investors in the TG group looking forward to the launch of the new company and the enhanced value it will bring.

No-one knows the full make up of the company yet but I suspect it will be very different from what it is today and of course much bigger.
