I read your post thoroughly - you are on AIM and this is what happens unfortunately. Iman might not have the money to invest further but could have played a key part in getting us to this stage.

Too often people are only too quick to jump to assumptions before they know the facts.

The London Stock Exchange’s AIM Regulation team has consistently confirmed that suspended companies remain subject to all AIM Rules and must continue to communicate with the market — including trading updates if there are material changes.

Clearly there are no “ material changes “ therefore they have communicated anything to the market - what they did do was confirm everything was proceeding.

Complete and utter rubbish Lothbury - they cannot announce anything that may materially affect the RTO otherwise the process would have to start all over again.

Unfortunately due to the convoluted nature of these type of transactions they take a lot of time, couple that with the constraints put on what the company can communicate by the NOMAD and it leads to frustration which in some regards is understandable.

The company has confirmed everything is proceeding so hopefully will be any day now so we can all see the road ahead and how we will all benefit and those such as Mystery Guy who have no confidence in the company can sell their couple of grands worth in time for Christmas 👍
