I see what the company said would happen, an RNS announcing an EGM with an admission document with relist pretty much immediately after the EGM followed by hopefully lots of news, investor meetings and a positive roadmap.

Clearly it has overrun on timings but these things happen with complex transactions between two countries involving lawyers, accountants, and advisers on both sides.
