Friends I was told today that we could get compensation if it is proved that the directors action was illegal. Lets contact FSA and let them investigate. We need few people to call FSA.

rhjoyes my friend what they have done is simply fraud not legalised fraud. You are right we have to contact FSA to investigate PGR and these directors. Why don't we all inform FSA? I for one will. I hate what they did to us. They shouldn't get away.

You asked where Richard Nolan was, the answer is he is now managing the gold project privately. He brought down PGR, gave it away to Tridevi and now he is running it for Tridevi.

Guys there will be more dilutions so our money is simply gone, that is the fact. Now as I wrote yesterday, the people who put us in this mess are still in control of the gold asset. They are still the directors of CAR which owns the asset. They told us they couldn't get the license back, they told us the asset was worthless, if that is the case why are they still managing the project? These guys are responsible for our losses. They planned all this for months, didn't release a single RNS, made people believe that the matter was being resolved, all lies.

I feel the same my friend. I heard from the market today that Tabrisi the former director was against the move and voted against. I am trying to find out how to contact him. He might give us some insight.

Guys I just checked with Companies House, guess who are the directors of CAR? Nolan, Earls and Desler!!! These were the board members of PGR!!! It seems like they got their salaries, shares in the new company and the asset? WTF?

ali2k2 mate I guess Peel Hunt can afford the loss just like Lanstead who lost tens of 1000s of pounds a few weeks back but some of us can't. £50k is being paid by Tridevi to pay creditors, why is Tridevi happy to take the project and wipe out their loan of £580k? Why Peterhouse with so many shell companies are interested in PGR? So many questions mate. What happens if Tridevi gets back our license next month? Sorry mate I cant calm down and will press for answers from our BOD.

What is happening in PGR has nothing to do with legal procedures in Kyrgyzstan and it is not too late. What they have done to us is disgusting and sickening as Cookiecrew and uNKwnTrader said.

nNKwnTrader mate if we give up now we will lose our money for sure, that's what I am saying not to give in to them. BOD said they were not getting their salaries but now that the company is going down, they are taking their money like creditors. Why don't they use this money to take our license back? They are threatening us with going into administration, so be it, we are losing everything anyway. I am not going to let them. I know in AIM you win some you lose some but here BOD is at fault and we have to hold them to account.

Guys we are only two days away from the big day, lets not give in. They haven't told us nothing about the oil project, we don't even know whether they have a project at the moment. Why should we give up PGR and gold? If McKeown and other big shareholders get together and not accept the offer, they could put more pressure on getting the license back or get the arbitration money.

uNKwnTrader mate, 1 share for 25000 is for now. They said they will dilute further when they put more money in. We will end up with zilch. I want to know whether other shareholders like McKeown who has more than 100 million shares would go along with the directors or oppose them. If he does then it looks like they are all in it, if he doesn't then we still have a chance of doing something about it.

Guys thank you all for your input. We as shareholders have rights as well. Lets all get there if possible and ask questions before they get away.

Thanks mate. So to date Tridevi has put in 580,000 pounds and they are going to put in another 50,000 pounds to pay the creditors and then on 14th they will get the gold project!!! This doesn't sound right!! have now some more questions to the directors.

Thanks for that. So if this new proposed oil project is good why doesn't Tridevi convert and become a shareholder rather than getting the gold asset? If the directors couldn't sort the problems out how is Tridevi going to do it? Something is not right or I am going mad.

Mate you raised a good point, after threatening the government with a claim we didn't hear anything from the company in 2014, why? I have been googling Kyrgyzstan and legal claims, last year another company won a case against them, so what happened with our case? I have lost money before on aim but this time I am not going to sit back and let these directors off the hook.

Friends have a look at this sentence from the latest announcement: "Tridevi would transfer £50,000 to the Company in order to enable it to make an improved offer of settlement to the unsecured Creditors of the Company, than would have otherwise have been possible". Who is Tridevi? How much have they invested? Why are they offering more money to pay the creditors? If they are willing to put another 50,000 pounds, why not push to get the licence back with this money? I can smell fish!

A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush, we have a good gold project which is worth at least $30m according to the company's arbitration announcement, so why should any of us lose money? They haven't told us anything about the oil project, where it is at what stage it is so why not go there and ask them what they have been doing for the past 2 years. I talked to 2 other shareholders they said they were going to vote against the proposal. They are angry with the directors.

I have got lots of shares in PGR. It looks like we are going to lose our investment but I am going there on 14th to ask the directors some direct questions. Lets all get there and see what they say.
