If the former GSX team are no longer on board then maybe the company has yet again pivoted to another strategy of buying RWA competitors?

The RNS states they have invested $1.35m however this doesn't state for what percentage.

There is somewhat more information on Digishares than there was on DMC. Looks like as per RNS they have carried out 170 transactions in their six years.

They have annual revenue of $800k with 39 staff members.

They launched a raise in late 2023 through Republic for $1.2M but this closed for just $97k raised. VLRM must seem to Digishares what DMC where to VLRM with their vast amounts of cash. The RNS does not mention how from the £0.5M raised and now largely spent, the additional funds will be raised to complete the deal

Hopefully this tokenization is provide with a breakdown of historic royalties for potential royalties to inform potential investors

I was enquiring as to how much a tokenisation was worth to the company to get an idea of potential revenue. The CFO promised potential revenue guidance for upcoming years in the shareholders and meeting over a year ago but has not been heard from since. My contact who is in the telegram group I believe , has also requested this previously but has had no formal response. I understand there are people claiming that once the RWA marketplace is live then the SP will rocket to 20p plus or a minimum 10p in release of the upcoming wallets. Surely this valuation must be based on an idea of potential earnings? At 10p the company would be worth £17m plus so on conventional metrics this would need an income of a couple million a year less the wages that these people are taking.
