The last time they did this randomly after £100k a year IR man declared the group to be open 24/7/365 was the weekend before the DMC deal collapsed after being significantly over due. The share price then collapsed from 12p to 4p on open as insiders exited before the RNS confirming the failure

There are 3 deals outstanding with VLRM needing to find significant levels of funding for which the target date has overrun. This move does seem to be another signal that maybe unfavourable news from a shareholder perspective is destined next week...

Shareholder concern is only natural, the company has missed multiple tranches on their minority investments now and no clear direction on how these will be funded. They appear to have round tripped their BTC holding back to the lows

The shareholders appears to be in a worse position than under the previous regime with over 300% more shares in issue in just 18 months than under the entire previous pivots from Poulden. A staggering 50% plus of these additional shares have been assigned to the board at a significant discount or nil cost

Poulden did not appear to take his assigned salary in cash when the company was right for cash. hence the outstanding claim in the accounts that is ongoing under the liabilities which have not been settled. Yet the new board have settled their salaries in cash?

I think the holders realise that the board has in excess of 50% control of the company so voting is a similar to a North Korean Election. They could give away the company in a fire sale without any shareholder recourse. Nor can they now be removed by shareholders as with the previous board. Free share handouts have locked in the extremely generous FTSE level renumeration package

There should have been an RNS to state the outcome of the FIRM tokenization shouldn't there? That would be materially important to show the success of the platform?

These guys will be at the AGM this morning no doubt as the real shareholders so give them some time

What about all the overdue tranches for the minority investments that have not been made? Is this not the same situation that VLRM with DMC? How long will these companies remain patient if VLRM are unable to provide the cash or meet deadlines?

I think it's just to buy them some time whilst they are searching for explanation of the positive s of the accounts they refer to but can't specifically identify them and have a sensible discussion about it as requested

I was looking forward to the share holder analysis of the results being posted on here , it's the truest picture of a company there is and you can't book trillion dollar opportunities as income, only hard facts

There were a few days traders who were ramped in by the billions and billions RNS that became trapped so after results they may realise that the 400k max that this tranche would bring in may not offset the boards salaries. So they may now be exiting an unsuccessful trade

If volume of sells does pick up then this may be an indicator of a further placing at these levels to fund the investments of which circa $1M is overdue with several million further require in the next few weeks

Chimers, it is a concern for anyone who is doing DD on the company, where does the money come from? Is there a better opportunity to invest further down the road with such an urgent upcoming need for cash?
