Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Since I already put the link to the Accounts & explained that the info is in the notes at the end.
It is clear that the share option scheme forms part of the Directors' remuneration.
I am not prepared to discuss this further.
I am busy. It is not my job to educate you.
I rest my case. You really are clueless
You are incapable of reading [or understanding] the Accounts - yet you seek to influence others' financial decisions. Reflect on this - please?
MrBB - love the quote!
Every second anyone spends reading the tripe on here (in particular CFP) as to why the share is low is a total loss of your life. Don't do it - unless you are sure of reincarnation.
If you want to get a grip on why the shares struggle despite the big contract win just before Xmas - then read the FT or Bloomberg etc It isn't difficult. Read on the macro & micro [car industry / chips] & get an understanding of economics.
As to CFP, just because somebody keeps repeating the same lies doesn't make them true. By purposely spreading lies - he is committing a sin. He shd reconsider his behaviour. Just because he is anonymous doesn't mean there isn't a Big Man seeing what he is doing and keeping a record. Just saying

towards the end. The Accounts are audited. Just because you haven't read them doesn't make the Accounts "garbage"
In the notes to the Accounts. Further, when I spoke to KK a few years back he proudly told me how he had persuaded the Directors to accept one third of remuneration in shares. MM the prior CEO also had a large chunk of shares in his pay.
Common practice in tech cos
About one third of PM's salary is paid in shares. If the shares fail to perform, he gets paid less shares. So his interests are aligned with shareholders.
In any case, why does Directors buying shares matter so much? Check out Carclo. The Director bought shares. Then 2 days later they had a profit warning sending shares down 25% on the day.
The question isn't whether the Directors are buying SEE [they are]. It is whether you are a buyer or seller. That is your decision irrespective of the Directors.
1 PM has bought shares in the past - check it out
2 Kate Hill just bought
3 Brown has bought recently
4 Magna bought in big time at 11p valuation
so what is this repeated crap on here about PM etc etc
It won't earn me any brownie points but boy has the level of discussion on here hit a new low
I think you are saying Magna are mugs and only you see thru the scam. I don't buy that - because it is nonsense

imo emphasis on Smarteye might be a red herring - perhaps they are just going to be too lightweight for the EU & US, Japan & Malaysian car industries.
Cipia might prove strategically the more significant competitor given its focus on China's car industry - clearly an increasingly significant manufacturer / market given the early mover advantage on mass produced electric cars. The MGs (so prevalent in London) are the first of many eg BYD. Hopefully Qualcomm & Magna will prove elegant ways for SEE to access these increasingly important car manufacturers.
Are you saying Magna wasn't news? To me, that news was great irrespective of the share price. Fovio on track for market dominance is just superb.
Given the other news on Fleet now having stock and there being a lot of interest, that was also excellent news - especially since we will see soon enough whether there is now [finally!] a step change in Fleet sales.
Few on here acknowledge the obvious i.e. the there is a miserable bear market in junior stocks for myriad reasons. Down 50% from recent peak is sadly good going in these markets.
The update from Town Hall & since has been good - but the stock market isn't looking. Delivery on Town Hall picture will do the job though and imo so far so good

you are correct. the first value was anomalously low. However, the last 7 weeks show a clear growth trend. Something to monitor because the km numbers will reflect any uptick in fitments
I was interested in PG's confirmation that they now have stock which amounts to 29k units from now to FY end June 30.
SEE now have no excuse. They have lots of stock to sell. If they do sell all of this or most by end June then that will be - finally - a real step change in rate of sales.
PG said that they had a lot of interest but had been frustrated by stock supply. Now we will be able to see if Fleet really can go big. So, imo, the next 7 months shd be very exciting indeed if PG is correct.

Current period looks like continuing the growth trend
I think Cenkos's Fleet target for the FY is attainable. SEE wd not have ordered the quantity of stock if they did not intend to sell it through before launch of G3.
Furthermore, PM said that they wd have "smashed" their targets on Fleet if they had of had stock. Now they have stock, let's see the progress before saying they can't achieve targets.
SEE wd not bother developing G3 if they didn't think that Fleet sales will get momentum at some point. My guess is that they will now surprise on the upside.
