For sure - but the tax reason is far more likely as 4 did it at the same time
If this was followed by some bad news or change in circumstance ad would open the directors up to claims on insider dealing - - plus i checked with paul at walbrook and he confirmed no changes in now or future expectations

Just to be clear - whilst directors selling shares is always a sensitive subject - it is understandable - and the explanations given seems to make sense
The other them all selling as they no something we dont makes no sense and would be insider dealing - so that im discounting as fools talk

Unknowns:
• When Tech Transfer and UKCA mark will complete. We have been told early in the new year, and BigJock recently had it confirmed by Colin that was on track. We’re still very much early in the new year.
• Confirmed capacity of GAD and Surescreen
• Quantity that will be ordered from Omega – I think it’s fair to assume the UK Gov will want all they can get, having stated a 2m a day target, so from April the 2m per week will likely be consumed for that.
• Pricing – We’ve previously been advised that estimated cost for the Antigen LFT would be £5, with a 50% margin.
In the absence of re-imbursement from the UK Gov, can we command that (perhaps a bit more?)
• Will Omega be manufacturing Surescreen tests?
• We’re still not clear what the AVCT tie up is (if any), following Anthony’s Linked-In misdemeanour

The other key aspect is the build out of capacity in Alva.

I would like to hope Colin and the team have plans to expand further.

And this is all on top of the other tests that Omega manufacture.
February 15th will be an interesting day, as it’s the day following the expiration of the UK-RTC framework agreement with the DHSC (the one the GLP are going after), which releases the UK-RTC from the ‘first refusal’ clause.
In addition to this we have seen Abingdon and CIGA actively responding to interested parties for the ABC-19 tests, to confirm order requirements.
Abingdon have confirmed they have been stock piling ABC-19 tests, and Walbrook responded to an Omega Investor (can’t find the tweet now) that Omega had been doing the same.

With regards to the news from yesterday, and today, that probably peaked your interest…here’s some background as to where we are:

In April 2020 Omega selected Mologic to partner with and manufacture their Covid related tests:

The LFT Antigen test was always time lined by Mologic to be available at the end of 2020, which they hit when they announced CE mark on 24th December 2020.

In the November Omega Investors presentation Colin advised, "In terms of the technical transfer. As promised we have commenced that work, with Mologic, to bring the test into Alva".... " We expect that work to complete EARLY IN THE NEW YEAR, and importantly SALES to commence EARLY IN THE NEW YEAR ".

In the meantime, there was news around Mologic/GAD setting up for LFT production.

So, the FT article yesterday, the messaging around the UK Rapid Antigen Consortium, followed by the Walbrook and Omega tweets, and this morning’s RNS kinda cements the foundations that Omega will be playing a big part in all this, and will be contracted to supply the UK Gov with Antigen tests.
A) Omega, knowing the FT article wasn’t going to be published, didn’t dispute it, and seek for it not to be published.
B) Stated in the RNS, “WHEN contracts or supply agreements are signed to utilise this capacity the Company will announce this in line with AIM disclosure obligations.

OK - we have a pretty up and down time here but this is what T0n!c posted the other day - i think it mostly still applies. Once we know for definite which test we are manufacturing and im guessing theres plenty of time between now and full capacity being ready to do another tech transfer - maybe we can produce Mologic one as well in the unlikely event it isnt that one
Just think we need some decent news and around TT, orders etc and we'll all be happier again

Well its not been a pleasant ride so far and has certainly been more things holding us back than pushing us forward - even some of the supporters on here seem to have gone slightly negative - for good reason? For agenda? who knows.
My hopes based on the information we were once given led me to believe £3 to £5 was highly likely. Could this happen - yes i guess it could
BUT even taking all the negatives into consideration - I see no reason why this cant go above £1.50 yo £2 in the short term - and by the end of April. So thats 100% to 150% - i see no other opportunity that i can be confident in that offers that opportunity - so despite my moans and groans - i'l be sticking this out - GLA

I asked Paul at walbrook about the director sells ... his response
