Rhodi it was noted on WhatsApp group that otc is taking much longer due to some changes. It showed another applicant who applied before tern just getting listing ... based on timeline it suggested this or next week
Now for a change Johnny you make sense
Only interested in where its going from here.... so we can forget the past (any duration)
From here.... it will (imo) bounce around .18 - .21. It will again imo move up over the next few months. Doubt we'll see much lower than .18. But we'll see higher for sure. How much higher. Your guess is as good as mine. As guess is all it will be
But alots happening now. Resource will increase by over 100% in old zulu only. We'll see a jv and we'll see offtakes.
Again my beleif is we'll see all these in next 3 months
Enjoy
Saw that too. Also not 100% sure what it means lol
Am I correct in thinking. Although it's 20 for 1. They are also reducing issues shares so its the same if the company it worth $20m and has 20m at $1 each. It would still be worth $20m. But with 1m shares at $20 each
So while I think they've been next to useless with comms and timescale I see them having to improve vastly soon
There will of course be a fund raise and I expect they want value of shares to increase to minimise any dilution..... so watch the marketing machine switch on just before

Worked fine for me last week
No it doesn't. LIBS will be used for turnround of quick results but will also help with the mne design and methodology
The 3rd party testing will confirm how accurate and further help with calibration.... which as per the rns has used known samples for calibration anyway and already believed to be highly accurate
My own belief is that potential jv partners would require the definitive test results from 3rd party to prove resources and valuation especially if results are coming out higher than first beloved
Make up your mind - one moment you criticise libs as only estitimates - then question the weight of accurate 3rd party results - Do you have any shares any more? If so why? As you cricise everything about Prem
Oh yes keep forgetting your just trading and currently trying to talk the price down - of course verified results will matter to JV and you know it lol
As usual you attempt to mislead investors - which is strange for someone who claims to hold shares that you only ever post attempts at negativity
Whilst the samples of 5 holes have gone to a 3rd party this is more than likely a requirement of the potential JV suitors that they want the test results proven externally. This would be especially needed if the on sit test results are looking particulary good
As per RNS 81510
The LIBS system in use at Zulu has been calibrated using certified reference material and provides a high level of confidence in the results obtained.
I guess you want the price talked down so you can buy a few more - for the inevitable rise when these results are returned later this week and RNS later this week or early next????
Id say you should be ashamed - but i doubt thats even possible for you lol
I see the point of putting off the JV to allow for more results and hence a higher valuation
But i feel the JV wont e on the whole Zulu EPO it will be on the original area onlly and will provide the funds to accelerate that JV| and of course finance it - when thats taken into production (sooner that expected) well see the DFS extending into other sections of the wider EPO and possibly see a number oif JVs againt smaller areas withing the EPO - as in the huge EPO area will be sectionalised into maybe 6 or 8 working mines
So Im expecting a first JV to finance the smaller old Zulu DFS so after these 5 results come back so maybe next week or week after - but of course thats just my opinion of how this could play out but there is some logic in it
I believe there are two possible short term outcomes straight after 3rd party test results
1. Minority share to a jv giving funds to complete the dfs and speed up its completion
2. A larger share for a full jv taking a proportion of the epo to production
I think the former is more likely in the short term. And when we have better share price early next year (march-may) the latter at a higher price
Bit I feel zulu will be divided up and jv will be for a section and there could end up being 3 or 4 jv for seperate working mines as dfs is extended to new areas
Yea it's a product isn't it not research. But yes they'll need operating funds. So wouldn't be surprised at a 10% or so placing.
But at what price? Placing could be far better with some product and business promotion
As long as the total number of shares is reduced by x20.
20 to 1 is fine
That said the price wouldn't be this low if they hadn't ignored shareholders or the business for a year now. Owned as pink sheet at over 50c and instead of going up it's cut by 70%
Nothing hypocritical in my posts. I'm positive and I'm clear with it. It's a share site for prem. I post positive posts 99%
I've posted a few negatives about communication
I don't hang round share bb I don't follow any more. Just to constantly post negative comments. It's frankly weird. Like hanging round the school gates. Makes no sense ...
But as usual on lse unless someone posts negatives or supports another's constant negative posts you get bullied
No wonder lse has such a bad reputation
Bye guys carry on I'm your negative echo chamber
