I think that once the Court decides the Bod will announce a full sale whilst we are suspended, probably then return to market to allow shareholders to exit at that point rather than waiting for a dividend or sale proceeds.

Been suspended here before for seven months, not unduly worried as CS has a lot more shares at risk than I have.

Interesting thought, might explain the long delay in the sale process.

At today's value of 1.5p that is £4,608,750

That would make sense, they are still listed as a major shareholder on the Co website.

At least the BOD will get an opportunity to issue an RNS where they might just slip in something of interest.

A: While discussions continue with counterparties no alternative plans have been made.

Receiving a £480k tax refund from the Russian authorities, with more to follow once the claim for interest is finalised, has to be good news.

Would appear to show that normal business is taking place in Russia despite the war and western sanctions.

Still remain hopeful of a positive outcome.
