As I recall very keen to open dialogue to reintroduce international participants ,also advanced plans and relocation of locals to enable redevelopment ,hence massive support by the majority of young voters ,seeing the 21 st C brought to Timor Leste compliments in house but shared OIL AND GAS ETC. with financiers and licence holders etc . Now about to be sworn in on Friday !! Is he still on the same route to ensure a healthy stable and full employment economy ??
