Antofelli, this isn't you or I who will be buying this drug. It is government and healthcare providers. $3000 for a course of treatment is not insane money in that market.

I think what Joey is saying is that according to Synairgen's website and the RNS's there are 200 million shares in issue, 97.8% of which are in public hands, so any outstanding notes would have to be satisfied from future equity raises therefore can't have been from the previous fundraise?

I guess what i don't understand is that we're talking about equity that is already issued. There are 200m shares in issue now so any promissory notes will have to be against future equity rounds?

Wouldn't the company have to announce if the fundraise were issued in notes?

Hi Scorpio, RM indicated in the recent webinar that the UK trial would start first 'in the coming weeks' however TW said they hoped to start this month. We know that the US FDA are contributing to the trial set up through IND discussion so it could be that the focus is to get it right with them to allow the quickest approval in the largest market.

Hi Doc, i'm not sure on the doses to hand but I suspect that the earlier supplier change lies in the location of those suppliers (i.e the new ones are setup to deliver in the US). If the US are close to starting the trial, and if they are keen to push for early approval, they will want as much of the drug as SNG can give them. That would represent the fastest path to approval in the biggest market, albeit at the expense of other trials, countries and trial sites.

I imagine they can get trial approval for the subcutaneous administration easier as Plegridy is already commercially approved. Still has to be administered by a nurse though so can't be their first option.

Hi Volatility, have you watched the video that Joey shared where Dr.Fish is talking about the Chilean trial? At about 47 mins in she talks about the British group getting involved.

Having said that, with everything going on in the US I suspect SNG won't have enough drug to branch out further.

Seb, if they announce that P3 is starting in the US and the FDA want an interim readout then the SP will fly because people will instantly start speculating on an approval that could happen within 6 weeks

If the US want all 400 and theyre saying they'll review the data sooner im pretty sure they'll get them.

In order to understand how long immunity lasts it is going to take approved POC antibody tests and an enormous testing program. Like everything else, it won't be fully understood for a long time yet.
