Heid, ANY view but yours is "blinkered" and your polls attract the same 30 people every time so the outcome will in general, be the same. How they are important you anyone even you amazes me. Everyone on here in general would prefer the company to invest in building the assets and revenues, ensuring better dividends can be made on a regular basis as soon as the company is stable with a solid income that wouldn't be affected in any way with well downtime. You are not, imo, going to get anywhere near your 0.06p demand, you will be lucky to get more than .02. If that upsets you then great, you are doing uour best every day to pi55 off every genuine shareholder, probably including your 'shareholder family' if the truth be known. David is steering this ship in the right direction and there aren't any icebergs in the way as far as I can see.
I really hope the dividend is .02 or less just to give you another 3000 posts opportunity Heid. X
Company putting in so much effort to succeed for shareholder's as Union Jack. Great communicative X account, management with years of experience, lots of regular news flow, some great assets and some wonderful forward thinking.
By Zac on the Sidoti event, he did a marvellous job representing the company . Explained very clearly how they work out the dividend payments too., ensuring they can meet all their obligations. Loved to see all the major companies we have the mineral royalties with, impressive names on the screen. Lets hope for some US investors looking in on the company soon 💪
Would it be any more beneficial to just getting the cash and buying more, rather than increasing the shares in issue again itsawrap?
Heid is relentless about her family being upset. The minute they, if they exist, get.06 they will sell and be gone. This is why I would prefer to see regular decent dividends, not intermittent payments with shareholders not knowing when the next one will be. This can only he achieved if the company have multiple producing assets and are not a one trick pony with just Wressle to pay the bills. If Wressle stops for any reason, revenues dry up and the company cannot make resolutions to pay a regular dividend off the back of one asset, with 3/4/5 or more producing wells in Oklahoma, twice yearly, decent dividends would be more likely imo.
Milnrow, there's no doubt in my mind that a little divi is a good sign for both the UK & the US market. But now and then when there's some spare cash is no encouragement to invest imo. Dividend payments tend to favour large shareholders who can appreciate a few thousand pounds. To the average small shareholder it is literally beer money and in all honesty every penny increase in my shareholding would be a case of brandy and more. So for me, establishing oil production, solid revenue streams and a much greater share price on the back of these is a far better option than coughing up cash right now when that money could drill the next US well. Demanding 0.06 to a penny right now is ludicrous and as Grey Panther said, unheard of from a company with such a small market cap. For all the good it will do me, I will be more than happy with .02 and see an RNS confirming the Andrews-3 well 😂. Union Jack has made a strategic move away from all the restrictions and liabilities the UK has imposed and it needs to build a strong presence. The Yanks will like the fact the company is paying a few divi's. Right now it is a babe-in-arms with it's US strategy, let's see that strengthened and supported before we give the operational cash away.
This will easily break 30p in the next few months, of thatI have no doubt.
You're bound to win, sadly I don't have access to family accounts to fiddle the vote.
At the same time I bet😂
Those tanks, will they be filling them up at 20 bopd or 100+ bopd I wonder. Bit big for small rates unless they on;y plan to empty them quarterly 😂

You are forgetting the real shareholders who said different on here Heid, And no doubt in desperation you have canvassed your family to top up your votes too 😂 Grey Panther summed it up perfectly. You are asking way too much from a small AIM listed oil company. You need to go back to the drawing board and learn how a company of this size operates, it's financial responsibilities etc. if you were running Union Jack we would be looking at placings by year end.
Showing some decent size storage tanks arriving on site for the permanent production. A nice comment suggesting they don't look the sort of size for just 30 odd barrels per day as some have suggested.
So, let me get this straight, Mr. OFarrell should be grateful his salary covered the downturn in his confidence in this company, covering the loss of value of the shares he bought? And you seriously believe that? You really are something Heid, you really are 😲
"Joe bought some shares last year an is on a loss but made this up with his £120,000 salary"
Silly woman? Yes, incredibly silly. Paying a director a salary. My, whatever next. And to think he's so lucky to get one to make up for his shares dropping 🙄
A listed company works or how it's finances operate. As Grey Panther states, and he seems to have a good knowledge of the sector, a yield of 2.5% on a share with a 25p SP is almost unheard of on AIM. A bit like her demands that Zac Philips should buy shares. The independent company advisor who would suddenly be no longer able to carry out his independent duties lol. Does she understand that when the auditors sign off the accounts, they also have to confirm the ability of the company to be able to continue to trade and they can cover all their liabilities going forward. What is more important, is that to do this involves increasing revenues, not resting on their laurels relying on Wressle alone. A divi will be great but it will be at an amount the board deem wise, not what one silly, non-shareholding woman demands.
There's no doubt that a vote for Heid is a vote for her family's personal gain as she herself is not a shareholder. A vote for Christine is in the best interests of every shareholder. Christine Taylor is not all about herself. Christine Taylor wan't all shareholder's to benefit from a strong share price and large, regular dividends. Christine is not her to trash your investment. She is here to hopefully increase the value of her investment and that is what she wants for you all. Vote Christine Taylor https://x.com/Heid_oil/status/1788217720850227373
Well said Redmoor, I want to see, as you say, big, long term, almost guaranteed dividends and investment from the company's production is the only way to achieve this 💪
