Obscure, many thanks for that info re onhym potential benefits for Chariot when they go private. I am sorry but I still see absolutely no benefit for Chariot at all. Our licences have been explored and anyone one can invest/farm in if they are interested without needing onhym going private. Energean farmed in previously. It's simply the lack of Interest in the data provided on our licenses that is preventing us from receiving any finance required to advance. Our licences along with current data will not change and so if there is no interest now then I can't see there being any in the future just because onhym have gone private. It's a major concern to me that Murphy are investing in an area right next to ours and not showing any interest into farming into our licence which already has supposedly found significant quantity of gas.

I am (for me) heavily invested here and am substantially down and so of course I would love for something to push up the share price (5p for me would be good). Onhym going private in my opinion will change nothing at all re the share price.

Why are there all of these messages re onhym going private? Surely it won't make any difference to Chariots prospects. Any company wanting to invest/farm in to any of Chariots licences have been able to for years if they had wanted to, just like Energean who did but then pulled out. What difference is Onhym going private going to make? I can't see that it will change the minds of any companies that currently don't want to invest/ farm in to suddenly want to. Please tell me if I am missing something.

I would say that Chariots management are excellent at their jobs. They manage to pay themselves large wages without producing anything. Hats off to them lol.

All of the information that you post is available to all potential investors elsewhere I presume. So why does none of it boost the MC?

Yes Goonerpete but why don't we? For me it just suggests that the objectives are highly speculative and have little chance of reaching a rewarding outcome.

As per usual there are many posts with educated guesses as to what could happen here. This is only human nature to speculate. There are a good few highly exciting possibilities being touted. But why does the company not just tell us what the plans are, what the chances if success are, what needs to happen to get these prospects up and running, how much it will cost and where the money will hopefully come from? Plus constant updates as to what is happening towards these targets would be nice. Then no one would need to speculate.

Re my previous post- the income pa for 5mw Boston hydro plant of approx £750k (my estimate based upon what I have read) is the income to the generator of the energy. Etana only partner the generator to get the power to end uses i understand? Does anyone have an approx income that would lead to for Etana pa?

Kissncuddles - yeah you would expect an rns from Char re the 5mw coming on line I suppose. But 5mw, from what I have read, would relate to an income of around £750,000 pa. 34% to Chariot therfore £255,000 pa. That would pay the boards salary for a year I guess?

Wiggly. Re your Etana post. But why hasn't the market yet priced it in? Has to be a reason. Plus why did you think that Etana is 49% held by Chariot?

You won't get a comprehensive reply from me as I don't know anywhere enough on the technical side to be able to. But surely if something positive was going to happen re gas, onshore and offshore, in Morocco it would have happened long ago. I hope for some positive news though. I am guessing that the board are not expecting anything much if anything at all either and they therefore want to split it away from renewables so that it doesn't have an overall negative impact and the renewables can stand on their own.

Wiggly, believe me no one would be happier than me if your list of possibilities along with the predicted share price actually came to fruition. I am just saying that I have seen similar posts before which are very exciting in their narrative and which look like they could be very likely to be on the cards to succeed. But they never have. Hence the low current share price. I can't challenge your predictions as all of them could turn out to happen and how fantastic that would be. But if the past is anything to go by they won't.

Wiggly, I have seen many posts over the years similar to yours detailing what is possible and how much the share price could move up to if all went well. It never happens though and that is the reason why the share price is where it is now.

Wiggly. Who where the other interested parties? Why is it taking so long to update CPR? I do have what is a large amount to me invested here at around 8p and so would really like the positive things that folk on this board talk about to actually happen but my belief now is that my money unfortunately is lost. For too long now (over many years) people have been stating the reasons for optimism on this board and none have materialised.
