My conversations with the industry seem to suggest that CTP are in a great position going forward. Provided products are integrated as suggested the HAs will continue snap them up A big chunk have one product or more and will look to uniform products. In my book when a Director BUYS you BUY when more than one directors BUY you definitely BUY. After all they have the insight to the last 10 months. I feel the kestrel buying stopped only to let the price drift a little so we would be happy about the director buy in price, why would they do this? Because they know where the price is going and so do the directors. Kestrel will get to BUY shares cheaper on the return journey. And to top it off CTP have a full page advertisement in Housing Technology magazine as well as a write up on new CEO. And…Castleton are giving a presentation to the exhibition, on a subject they are yet to disclose. All very exciting. We understand that several press publications with Castleton are about to go out, private punter amongst others. Press first to attract new customers and then a big effort to put Castleton on the map in terms of share holders. All in all I think the price will rise from here. It could be really fast or or could tick up, I have been adding a few in case it is fast.

Worth remembering that everyone and their dog has either added to existing positions or taken new ones. The new CEO, Ian Smith by way of MXCP, Kestrel, Me and You. I have spoken to everyone from industry experts to HAs to the Board and although it is not my place to repeat or repost their words it is encouraging to see not one negative comment. A move above 60p opens one massive door to the upside.

Most clients I work with, have at least one Castleton application or service in use, whether that’s Brixx, Documotive, or Kypera. Many with several applications, are clearly looking to see enhanced integration and unifying of a lot of the product set. It will be interesting to see how this has evolved at the forthcoming Housing Technology Conference & Exhibition, early in March. I am booked in and it would be great to hear experiences over a coffee or fizzy water.

Well that is GREAT news. If this starts strong out the gates who knows we might have a very blue friday. I was watching on my phone this afternoon but it doesnt notifiy about the director buys. Stoked. IF THE COMPANY BUY THEN YOU BUY

at this level. I agree with the points made below. IMO It is a bargain price and will no doubt be a lot higher as we get closer to end of march. Very happy to wait and acquire as many as I can where funds allow.

Great lol. Nice to see the team take a positive move towards announcing contract wins. I am impressed. Also note that the price seems to be released. Which is great news should be easy to move higher now. We can let the mms or kestrel shake outa few and then we should be off. The imminent news coverage is also exciting.
