Notice Castleton are advertising for two new jobs.
1)Implementation Consultant
Reports to: Director of Public Sector
Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands with nationwide travel
You will be part of an Impact accounts team providing a wide range of consultancy, support and installation services to customers and other parts of the business. Responsibilities will include project administration, end user training, product demonstration, test script development, functional and user acceptance testing, application installation and configuration, data maintenance and producing end user documentation.
The role is extremely varied and you will need to be highly self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. We strive for customer delight and in this role we expect you to deliver an outstanding service owning and managing projects, in conjunction with the project manager, through to a successful and efficient conclusion. This will involve to face-to-face, telephone and email contact and you can expect to be visiting customer sites nationwide on a frequent basis.
2)Project Management Officer
Reports to: Project Manager Team Leader
Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands
The Project Management Officer is responsible for the delivery of software projects to customers across the Castleton product set. The successful candidate will provide a professional project management service to our customer base, acting as the main point of contact for the customer, creating and maintaining project plans, planning tasks and liaising with consultants, software developers and the technical team to ensure projects run to plan, meeting the relevant time, quality and cost constraints.
