I am happy to hear that you have invested here and that it has been for a considerable time. I am also pleased to read that you choose the word invest rather than trade. This suggests to me you believe in the model and that you are happy to give the company enough time to come good on your investment.
It would seem a little strange to be invested for a long time through the funding, social nonsense and then leave just as it started to climb and long before it got interesting.
But everybody does their own thing and has their own plans and if your risk tolerance suggests to you that now is the time to exit then fair enough. I wish you good luck in your future endeavours.
There is always some risk with any investment and despite my extremely positive nature of promoting RBD to anyone who will listen. I understand the risks involved. I agree that it is good to look at both sides of the coin and you have raised a valid point regarding the order of play.
For instance, the workovers could have happened later as those that are not ofay with the dynamics of what they are trying to achieve with the workovers. Or the fact they were a bonus to the larger prize could be put off by the low numbers. I would still rather have them, than not have them.
It is worth noting that RBD is not a one trick pony. This is not boom and bust.
The sheer number of drills in quick succession and the way in which RBD are getting involved with the drills implies the odds of success are better than average and that should we encounter a drill with any issues there are enough additional projects/drills to make shareholders stay put.
We have a quite a few bullets in the chamber and only need to shoot to kill once. So for me at the current market cap seems low when weighed up against the potential returns. I, however, can afford to lose and know that I had an edge here when I took the position should they drill 12 duds in a row :-) which again is illogical as we know there is oil in the ground and we have not even touched on the gas in some of the assets.
Lots will wait until the model is proven and we could see a fast rise on the first sign of success or we could drift down a little whilst we wait for the team to take the next drill, project, shot. That is the game.
I think some of the posters you have engaged with are very knowledgeable some far more so than me, they go to these events, they report back and share their findings. Which is great in my view and I appreciate their input.
I understand you wish to debate but sometimes your posts feel a little like you are attacking the man rather than the ball. Or simply picking the parts to quote that suit your needs. for instance, in your last post, you quoted me but changed the meaning of what I said by not including the full quote.
I wished you luck here or elsewhere. not just if you invested here :-)
