The Company also announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting in London on Thursday 25 October 2018. Full details of the AGM will be published with the Group's Annual Report & Accounts.

It could also come down to liability issues but again we are just guessing.

I for one am happy that the opportunity to let two experts pick multiple O&G exploits on my behalf came about. It would seem many others from retail to high profile individuals to funds to tipsters feel the same.

I would imagine that between them they could have raised equity privately, but not at the level they desired. (this is complete speculation because all we can do is guess). We know that they have a portfolio of potential targets and we know that speed is key in exploiting said assets, so I imagine speed and volume played a role.

I understand that it was easier to raise the capital through listing the company especially with their connections and skill set, it made sense. Thankfully this also meant we (retail) could get a slice of the pie too.

NigWit if you are interested in investing and find you are unable to find answers to your questions. You could pitch your questions to the company via their PR.

They the company have been more than happy to sit down and talk to a number of investors individually and have had a constant stream of events you could go along to. But in the first instance the PR team will no doubt respond to your investment questions.

to be honest, I am invested in some you mention and at the point the company becomes that popular the share chat board becomes useless for info. I agree that if RBD does as well as some of us hope it will, it will be because of the business model and drilling success.

I find it refreshing to see an aim company actually doing what it set out too and doing it matter of fact style, whilst trying to keep retail in the loop and making us feel a valued part of the process.

It comes across to me that Stephen and Sachin want this as much as us.

this is true, although with so much lined up it will be on everyones radar soon enough. Hopefully at a much higher SP if we are lucky.

Nomlungu I think he/she meant my post about RBD getting more popular. I unashamedly promote this company because I believe in the business model.

I suggest others research and do not invest what they cannot afford to lose, but lets face it there is a lot of crap out there and lots will invest in that crap. So when a company with a new and exciting edge appears why not promote it. I have my money where my mouth is after all.

Now does anyone know why the links in my previous post will not work haha, I have tried a few times to fix them.
