#RLD Boom that could fly on that update . Looks like they are in talks with one party to sell the entire Capricorn sapphire project. This is now a takeover play. I wonder what the price will be ? One thing is for sure, it will be multiples of this crazy low Mkt cap IMO. Boom ??

Either our stake or the asset itself could be sold or diluted down without the cost of development, the company as in 'Corallian Energy Limited' could be sold or it could IPO (most likely in my view). However, the business model is about getting assets towards producing and getting out not taking it to development.

The nice part about this is that we have bought into these assets at next to nothing, the share price is currently showing no real value in the assets, which highlights the model itself. But should Colter, etc. be successful then the value curve will be big. Same with Wick but in my view Wick is a bonus to Colter, same as West Newton B is a bonus to West Newton A.

California is the only destination where we some of the assets will be(and are) taken to production. The purpose of the company is to take investments in derisked assets that are at the stage where the market places little to no value in them but they are only requiring a small amount of cash to get them to the point in the value curve that shareholders can enjoy a large return. I say some because there is an assortment of opportunities there, small production to keep and add to cash flow and also some bigger ones that will be sold on imo.

There really is a lot of potential here when you consider the number of assets we are invested in, and the strength of the board to acquire good deals. It should be a good year for the team at Reabold Resources.

Worth holding some of these at this level, it is one of those that you buy and forget about and wake up one day and find it has bagged lol
