I thought I had read that somewhere but could not see it, with so much covid stuff around. Would make sense for bars and restaurant tables to be copper-coated then and as you say door handles etc.

Obviously, this is not going to be the driving force for copper demand but it is an interesting idea.

I think we will see a push higher here.

Thanks, Pecten11, I was thinking along similar lines with cars becoming electric and renewable electricity etc but wonder if there was something more to it.

Solar and wind farms are likely to be more common place in the future and both are reliant on copper production. On a slightly weird side note I also notice reports that copper surfaces do not hold germs, not sure how accurate that is, but I am sure I read that somewhere.

Any have a good understanding on what is driving the copper price higher and higher?

Do we think it is off the back of analyst ratings? Or increased demand stimulus, from China etc? Or something else?

Robbie if anyone wants to sell this company at this point then I am happy for them to exit, stage door left, as the show here is just starting.

We just sit back and let them do their thing now, people will be paying huuuge premiums on the current SP by Christmas.
