#CIZ Break of initial February resistance at 3.3p could lead towards November resistance line at 5p by the end of next month. Support should hold near 2.5p.

Many bags on the this one deal alone.
Board saying they won’t ramp only mentioning material news and they come out and tell the market this is big.
And a market cap of 6-7 million

Price has to catch the story up at some point. M cap is too low.
