The RNS states:

I'm always wary when someone makes comments and then compares us to PANR. Always makes me think they have shares in PANR and have an alternate motive.

What zones below the last flow test are lost? We are testing for the first time flow test next month. Please explain?

When we drilled last year, the BOD had a good idea what to expect but not until we actually drilled we knew the actual results. Targets for the flow test were based at that time but things have changed during the months of 2013 as for reasons already stated and the decision was made to concentrate on the two targets to get the best results for the flow test. Don't forget after the flow test, assuming all goes well, we will do more work on all the targets.

Please can you breakdown why 30+ million. Plus we are doing a flow test not a drill.

I think you need to understand we will go through several stages before production. Could take several years but each stage the share price will go up.

I actually think we are in a pretty good position.

Thank you for your reply. A couple of points below, the way I see it:

Certified says oil is there - needs flow testing to prove it can be released. Not doing a flow test on a certified resource is stupid. Once it’s capped to do the flow tests higher up, the opportunity is lost. Ask yourself why they would do that - what was the porosity. Is it up or down dip from panr. You should be very concerned that first they stopped and didn’t drill all planned reservoirs, then drilled the bFF at considerable cost then failed to do a flow test - not sure but I understand we have the best chance of a positive result test the upper levels. It might be down to different types of rocks etc. But I feel comfortable with their decision as they know a lot more than I do.

88e is now diversifying to Nambia and making sure it has sufficient wells in longhorn to pay inflated wages. Why? - a great time to get into that area early. Longhorn we are trying to develop this area. I don't believe it's about wages.

We have diluted 3 times this year and now they are talking consolidation. Aus share price is .004 it was 04 during Merlin2. - two of these dilutions are to pay for Namibia (some of the costs) and cover possible default from our JV partner.

As we have a shareholder meeting on the 15th January, I wonder if we will get an up to date RNS over the weekend.
