They can't divulge any news before the r.n.s. so they wont tell us anything new I dont think.

The farm in agreement/ contract can be altered if that is the wish of both parties. No one had any idea as to the scale of this find and it has quickly become a major find and a saviour of the telfer mine. The sooner newcrest have 100% ownership the better for them in my opinion. The likelyhood of further finds among the g.g.p tenements mean a favourable deal as well in my opinion. But once again, paid in installments as and when the estimate grows, in order th keep the newcrest shareholders sweet.

Just musing over the probability that the mine decline will start in the next 10 to 15 weeks.
By then the ownership of haverion will already be decided,should it be sale or joint venture,otherwise it would become messy.
The m.r.e. will have to come before negotiations on the ownership , or how does anyone know what they are buying/selling. The m.r.e. will be the maiden one with a low estimate, so once again how do we really know what's down there.
I return to posts I made a while ago proposing a sale based on the m.r.e. with further installments as the resource estimate grows. I just cant see any other way. I was persuaded by a post last weekend that newcrest would definately want ownership, but this is the only way I can see it happening and it makes it more palatable for the newcrest shareholders too. So with this in mind I think an early m.r.e. is also probable, possibly this month.

I've been thinking that surely the other tenements must have offers of drilling and testing from other miners seeking a farm in agreement

Hi bellers. I hope you and your good lady are well, good to see you on the ggp bb too. I would think myo was pretty much wiped out by the goings on at SXX. I think he will have taken it personally knowing so many lost so much. But I dont believe he was anything but a supporter of the project and what it would have done for the area. I dont believe anglo american or whatever their name is will invest much locally and how chris Fraser can hold his head up defies belief. Some people have no shame

This talk of a takeover makes me nervous. 20.5p is far too cheap. We would be lucky to get 40p at the moment.
The sooner we get this share price to nearer 60p the better.

Interesting though if ggp did sell haverion.what price would you you value the ggp share at then.
Bamps posts has me hooked on the possibilities at panorama let alone the areas we are drilling right now.
And I would still value the ggp share at 22.5p even without haverion

It suprises me that there isnt more discussion on this subject. I agree with you by the way. Newcrest will own 70% of this for an outlay of approx $70 million.
Why wouldn't they want to keep this relationship rolling on for ever. Moving on from that I ask the value for ggp holders of the 30% . My own working out gets me to 3.5p to 5p a share in around 3 years time. If scally or another venue hits, then we might see the share price figures mentioned earlier, but in a couple of years maybe

That would be 250,000 oz x $1000 = $250 million or about £200m say 100m for tax and coffers = £100m
÷4.2 billion shareholders = 2.4p/share a year.
X 20 for share price on hav alone = 48p

I'm having a hard time seeing predicted share prices.
Wether we co_mine or sell ,and newcrest manage 1 million oz a year and we own 30% of that . I work out after tax and filling the company coffers for future ventures a possible 3.3p/5p dividend. So I see a possible 75p for haverion .
Future payments for skallywag and others are years away.
Can somebody show me where I am thinking this out wrong
