Pretty much my gripe with the company Norm.

They had plenty of time to agree direction and contracts subject to receiving permissions. In fact they stated months ago that offers had been made and discussions were ongoing. I fully expected that the company would act quickly to rns its plans and we would be off. All we get is the usual wall of silence broken only by twatter comments on the silver price and puffing their chest out because they've sponsored some government initiative. Its high time they actually did something themselves . I am tired of reading that we need yet more patience and it will all happen soon.

I am disappointed that the off take agreements and financials weren't already decided in anticipation of the mining permission. I am hopeful of progress news very soon

For what its worth my opinion is that this is a no lose, joint venture that could in time produce a very large gain. However. Hanc0ck progress is needed and the market probably believe ufo haven't the management to be working on two projects, so the likelihood of an iron ore venture in the near future just recinded

you would be forgiven for expecting ufo to have hit the ground running, once full permission was given. once again they are dragging their feet. max they may not intend to und hanc0ck alone, but that doesn't mean some funding will not be required. basically we haven't a clue and ufo are in no rush to inform us as usual. no wonder new investors are not attracted to this and no wonder the trolls get to have a feeding frenzy at our expense. i just wish ufo would wake the **** up

I am assuming (hoping) that ufo haven't been twiddling their thumbs as they waited for the hanc0ck licence. Surely they have the other ducks waiting to join the line. Today's drop hasn't bothered me i hope and believe that by the end of may that we will have a lot more info and the share price will be up nearer the 1p mark.

They really need to update the online presentation. Its 4 months out of date and could put off any investor.

Anyone taken a look at blue jay recently. A company who two of ufo's former ceo's are involved with. They seem to be toying with their investors like a cat does with a mouse. So glad the pair of them have gone. I can't deny a concern about who allowed them onto ufo's management in the first place and why. Aim does look to be a cess pit mixture of sharks and crooks and without a doubt, we need to keep our eye on what happens next

Ufo have had 3 years to prepare for this time. My expectation is that contracts are agreed and ready to sign. No excuses for dragging this out any more. It is totally in ufo's hands. They need to get the dtm rubber stamped and finances explained. I'm hoping to see a start on the link road by the end of may. I am concerned as to why they haven't got a management team in there yet. Someone turning up on a wednesday to open a few windows doesn't cut it any more

I thing the confusion is over the knacks permission.

Even though ufo rns'd that an agreement had been made. It was registered on the knacks site as pending until recently( apparently).

Now it is registered as granted( apparently).

This clears the way for the dmirs government mining permission. I believe.

This inactivity has lasted 3.5 years now. What have we actually achieved in that timescale. Knacks permission which hasn't actually been registered on their website 4 months later. It stinks of a job for the boys company.

I'd come to the same conclusion steveo. My one remaining hope is they know they can't keep blagging it much longer so they may well have to actually do something. That might give us a way out

Would be nice to get some clarity over the mining application. It seems it is a longer process than just gaining permission. The silence on here, leads me to think people are giving up. Joint venture now seems to be the way forward after years of saying we will manage the project.

That will further eat into any profits. Got to say i have a lot of reservations as to where ufo are going as a company. I accused them of been a lifestyle company last week. They weren't, but i believe they are now.

Its almost like the potential is actually their modus operandi and that is their income. They are mining investors instead of iron ore
