I'd be interested. in your thoughts on this Max111. I'm sure you have posted that you felt that financing hanc0ck would be fairly easy. The positive spin is a lot nicer to read than moaning old farts like myself posting our concerns but in order to progress the projects we've read about today we need time but time is money and we haven't got enough time left

Really not sure what to make of this rns. I was hoping alien would be earning in the next six months. Without income alien are in a weak negotiating position and it looks like that is why hanc0ck isn't progressing. No income in the near future then. Elizabeth hill, Munni munni and the pinderi hills look promising but how long before any income and how diluted will our investment be by then. I really hope that i am wrong but in order to get anything of value here we needed that iron ore in production and it doesn't look like its going happen any time soon

Its looking to me that lizzy hills and the pinderi hills could be nudging into the top of the in tray. Maybe a joint venture could then help fund hanc0ck. Reading between the lines i don't think the options available on hanc0ck are suitable

We've know about the power line injunction for quite a while now. I cannot see why this is taking so long to resolve i presume. That . Alien aren't looking to remove the power lines and the access road shouldn't need to encroach.

All this confusion could be easily avoided with a tiny bit of investor relations.

I have to admit i am puzzled to read that we are still awaiting "ground" permits. I thought we were fully permitted and alien were sifting through offers from interested partners . I certainly wasn't expecting that we would drift towards june with no more knowledge as to how alien intend to progress hanc0ck.

Exactly my thinking uncle Jim. If as Napthman1 says that aa were only used as leverage, where is the deal they have really been after. I've been saying that this looks like a amateur part time outfit. Such a shame as we all know what a great opportunity there is here. I know we have taken on a negotiator and a manager but what has the bod been doing whilst it told us that they were receiving offers regarding hanc0ck. Its looking like ufo were hoping for the anglo american tie up to bear fruit. I doubt they be signing any agreements until the takeover is resolved and by then ufo will be diluted to hell and back. Communication is needed to build any confidence but i shan't be holding my breath.

Anglo american are fighting off a takeover bid that threatens to break the company up into smaller parts and cherry pick the more profitable areas. I think that could be the hold up on why they haven't moved on hanc0ck. Lets hope that the other offers that they say they have are decent ones. The clock is ticking and if they are to meet their own timelines they need to get it sorted.

If the silver price holds or increases and its looking like it will then ufo could have at least four very profitable andadvanced projects within a year. If the company can manage that then the sky's the limit for the s.p. it looks to me that hanc0ck is becoming more and more important that the financials are declared soon.

Its all looking very positive. I think there is a lot of money waiting to jump into this, but they are waiting for the financials. If the deal is a decent one i can see this spiking right up again. I know we would prefer slow and steady, but i can't see that happening

No i would like a rns to tell us that ufo have actually physically achieved something themselves that makes the mining of iron ore at hanc0ck more of a certainty . The building of the access road would do that as would the declaration of the dtm along with the mining proposal and finances. I fully expected the prep work for all of this would be done in anticipation of the permissions

On this occasion i am fully with Steve on this. We do need to see some actual physical progress from ufo. The appointments are necessary and positive news as is the lithium story. I get the feeling that the news we need to hear is almost here. Lets hope so.

I get the the feeling that this appointment is quite a big step for ufo, almost as big as the various licenses. It looks like the direction of the company on how to best mine the hanc0ck resource has been made and hopefully that means that finance offers have been made and agreed upon. The next stage is for us to be informed. Fingers crossed that they've managed to get a decent deal that will increase the share price and future prosperity of the company for all share holders and not just a few behind the scenes
