Sirius is committing an awful lot of cash to local employment training schemes.would they be doing this if stage 2 wasn't already in the bag.i believe sirius could already have the torps required , but they are been selective and leaving scope for increases in sales all over the world rather than saturating any particular area.just my opinion and I am happy to back that up with my pension funds.
