Surely SN and ZM wouldn’t be slamming the GG about deterring US investment in Georgia and then shafting shareholders and in turn deterring investment in American companies. That would be pretty hypocritical would it not. Next week should be interesting
Sn was making other donation last week I never posted it on here as it was only $1000 to Elise M. Stefanik's campaign. Elise Stefanik (Republican Party) is a member of the U.S. House, representing New York's 21st Congressional District.
Looks like he’s trying to dish the dirt
OUTRIDER MANAGEMENT: AS A RESULT OF MISMANAGEMENT, FRONTERA HAS SQUANDERED A LICENCE
“Despite the significant time and expense Outrider has undertaken to preserve and enforce its rights as the largest secured creditor of Frontera, the Insider Directors have systematically violated the Loan Documents or ignored value-maximizing transactions that could have facilitated Note repayment by, among other things, withholding information, failing to pursue realistic business arrangements with reputable third-parties, and facilitating transactions that divert rights or assets beyond the immediate reach of the Loan Documents and FRCC.
At your request, I can provide additional and more detailed information regarding relevant past transactions, breaches, and allegations set forth in publicly-filed pleadings and rulings in the above referenced legal proceedings.

Russia's interest in Georgia The
US-based company "Frontera Resources" started natural gas and oil exploration in Kakheti, eastern Georgia, in early 2016. Giorgi Tatishvili, President of the Georgia Gas and Petroleum National Agency, said that the US-based company "Frontera Resources", which claims to have huge natural gas reserves in the country, did not give them official information on the issue.
In a short statement, the company claimed that there were 3.8 trillion cubic meters of natural gas reserves in the region, and in a statement made on October 8, it increased the figure to 5.3 trillion cubic meters.
Statement from the Georgian government
Pointing out that the reserves could put an end to Georgia's dependence on Russia on energy, Ariel Cohen, an expert at the Atlantic Council Dinu Patriciu Eurasia and Global Energy Center,
said , “If natural gas reserves are approved by independent sources and geopolitical problems are successfully solved, low-income country Georgia from the country to a natural gas exporter, ”he said.
First of all, it should be said that Russia, which was loaded on Georgia with heavy air strikes in August 2008, cannot know that there is such an underground wealth in the Caucasus.
It is certain that geological studies of this region were carried out even in the USSR period, and Russia certainly knows that there are natural wealth in this region. Therefore, Russia prevented Georgia from falling into the lap of the West.

Thought Zaza said the arb doc would be ready in 10-14 days?..... that’s must have been about 3 weeks ago by now?
I hear what your saying mole and I agree. Something is just not adding up here
Last thing I want is another court case or lawsuit but ain’t the GG leaving them selfs wide open to a lawsuit with their behaviour? Zaza could have build a good case with what’s happened in the last 5 months alone, never mind what’s gone on over the last 7+years? Zaza claiming the GG sending the company letters that totally contradicted the information put out in the media. Really hope it gets resolved way before it got that stage. It’s been quiet for a while now so hopefully something big will drop soon (good or bad)
Part3
At the briefing, he called on Frontera to repay the debts of its employees and noted that the government is currently in positive communication with the company.
"As long as this dialogue with Frontera continues, we will provide very important assistance to these people once and for all," Natia Turnava said.
The Georgian government has decided not to terminate its contract with Frontera and to allow the company to resume operations in the part of the original contract area where oil production has been under way since Soviet times.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, about 1% of the state's exploration territory is in question, as about 99% of this territory has already been returned to the state by Frontera, according to an arbitral award.
According to the official statement of the Ministry, the decision of the state is conditioned by the strategic tasks facing the country.
The Georgian government announced the termination of its contract with Frontera in April 2020 and based its decision on international arbitration.
