Yes wow. I have been selling down over the last few months because a placing was inevitable. I have just bought 40,000 at a price which is close to what I sold my other shares for. So no gain other than I made money whilst I sold. I do feel for the PI's but this was always going to happen - no more placings - lithium up 35% for the year and in demand - we have a huge resource of lithium- this is a share to hold for decades unless we get bought out.

If everyone new a share was going to 10 bag then we would all be millionaires - so by definition no one does. However, is it a possibility that EUZ can 10 bag then yes because the company is only worth £5 million and with the right news it could be worth £50 million with what's in the ground, location and the stage of the exploration? IMO yes and that is why hold almost 3% of the company.

The negotiations of funding will take ages but like Bricks would say we know generally wants their, we know the infrastructure and the cost of the mine to production so why not get some funding dialogue done while the PFS is being completed. I would be extremely annoyed if the PFS was done and we had not had pursued the funding aspect.

I think EUA announced the payment of shares on announcement of the position the huge number of options came much later when the deal was done. Yes, I am speculating but we would have needed a banker at some stage if we were going to progress from a PFS.

The only dreamers are the ones who missed out on EUR, GGP, UFO, GLR, XTR etc I don't need to dream but I do like giving incite from previous experience- what incite has gam2 ever given or is their experience non existent.

Yes, I feel EUZ is a strong buy. With EUZ record of placings over the last 10 years we should be worried about employing extra advisors who might be seen has window dressing. However, why would we be needing this expertise and are there examples of this? My only example is EUA who employed a banker (paid in shares via the biggest shareholder and options - no salary) who found and negotiated a funding deal with a Chinese company for upfront cash of £25 million to get the site ready and then a further £175 million to construct and get production of the mine in place (numbers might not be quite right). EUA did other exploration work, sacked the contractors on another mine to take control of production and applied for other licenses while getting other licenses lined up. The SP moved a little during this period but then they announced that they were in talks with Chinese and Russian banks for a sale or part sale. The point I am making is getting the funding in place to get the mine ready for production can be part of the process for a sale because it all looks more viable. The SP has fallen recently but EUA is still 55 times higher since they first announced they were in talks with banks. The banker in my opinion is essential.

I think tomorrow morning will be interesting. People on this board talk about the stop losses but can you imagine those who have spread bet this! Even if they did not want to sell the losses could be so great that they could not sell quick enough or get money in their account soon enough. Spread bet companies can also sell them if the funds are not there. When a share tanks it sometimes can't find a bottom. I am confident that there has not been a good enough reason for this to fall by 38%. Tomorrow we will also see that the index funds including Blackrock would have sold around 38% of their holding because these are automated sells by a computer and could not be stopped. In the same vein they will have to buy back if we get a reassuring statement tomorrow. I bought 50,000 at 18p at the death and Barclays I always find can do the deal when other brokers can't. Whatever, a lot of investors will be annoyed either because they were forced to sell when they didn't want to and the share bounces or we don't get reassurance from the company and we don't recover.

With the previous 2 RNS being positive I was surprised the share price did not rise over the last couple of weeks- we know now why I think a market maker has been accumulating for a couple of weeks in the knowledge that this sale by Alex was going ahead. The SP should recover if/when the company announces that nothing has changed in the sales process and Alex's position.

Shed I do agree with you that a sale is unlikely due to the operational strategy and the grant from the authorities but someone coming on board as a partner to help with the funding is realistic and worth a follow up at the right price.

Philosophical - I agree all options are on the table but it just shows the management are trying to get the best financial options which include going it alone, a partner or a sale which might happen before or part of the PFS. All good IMO

Shed I agree with you in that it is a pointless recruitment unless they're thinking about funding the mine. However, I don't think anything has changed other than they want to be ready with the strategy of funding whilst the PFs is being completed so that there's less time wasted. For me this is positive and shows they are looking forward.

To me the timing suggests we are closer to funding the construction of the mine because why would we need his 'expertise '!

It is interesting that they are requiring advice from a banker and to me that means they are looking at the financing of the mine in whatever form that might take or a possible partnership/sale. There are many financial strategies we could develop and we need to keep an open mind. I think rightly or wrongly LR has tended to concentrate on the resources more than the finances. This is a just another step closer to the endgame.

An amazing RNS. A bit anoyed I have sold quite a lot of my shares over the last 6 weeks on the rise. My average was .8 and have sold on an average at 1.5p so made a lot but this could multi-bagg again to 5 or 6p in the next few weeks. I still have 1.25 million which are free money now. I do believe this is the best firm run by CB and I won't be selling any more until I see 10p. To think 6 weeks ago I had 10 million of these.

I have been following 2 of CB's companies XTR and BZT and own shares in one XLR. CB has a knack of selling an RNS which might be a flaw with LR. XTR have a huge potential asset and now have £5,000,0000 due to a placing but they are a long way off indicated resources from what I have read, I think they are now waiting for the grades which is worry in it's self. They are worth £32 million and we are worth £5 million. The risk of grades and length to actual having a mine are high. EUZ biggest problem is no one likes us and no one thinks Zinc is sexy. However, Copper is a sex god at the moment and gold is an old favourite.
