Yep , sometimes that’s the best way to deal with days like today especially for those long term holders who are in the stock to reap the rewards later on down the line.

I very much doubt that this story targeted for 2025 is the reason for the sell off. I also doubt Biden (no marbles ) will be in power in 2025 either.

All the chatter out there is miners share prices are going to suffer until the halving is over with, and the constant threat of dilution is compounding this the fear. Many investors are moving out of miners in pursuit of safe havens due to many miners de-coupling from Bitcoin upward share price movements. God forbid Bitcoin takes a dump as I predict a 5% downward movement could result in miners taking around a 15 to 20% dump maybe even more.

It’s frightening holding miners right now as it’s so unpredictable. Hopefully this turns around but for the likes of Mara holders I think the CEO needs to pull some wonderfully positive RNS out to stop the rot . Without this I really do fear for any short term holders of this stock as it could become even more frustrating over the next few weeks regardless as to the increasing share price of Bitcoin.

I wouldn’t say Mara is treading water when Bitcoin is 4.5% up and Mara is 6% down.

Hi theeduke, Im sure Mara will at some stage rebound. I was at the time very disappointed with the announcement of more dilution from Mara and the share price not moving with the Bitcoin price rise, surely everyone could see this but many chose not to act on this. Diamond hands is really not what I do, I would rather act on news flow and act accordingly as to whether its positive or negative. Anyway it is what it is and will be back in Mara when I feel comfortable to do so. Good luck all .

It depends on the miners and decisions they make going forward regarding expansion. If they continue to hit the pockets of investors then it will back fire on them. They need to start growing their businesses from revenue rather than tapping shareholders value.

I just think it’s a short term flight to safety going on here due to the halving and investors rebelling against future dilutions.

It’s not a good day for the miners that’s for sure. Bitcoin up miners down , I’m pretty sure I predicted this ….

If I have sold or not is not relevant to my post. My post was stating my personal opinion as to why miners share prices went down when Bitcoin is close to all time high. What do you have to add to contradict my post please ?

Sorry forgot add my post was in relation to their share prices recovering sufficiently to bring back investors sentiment to back them. It’s all a very sad state as far as I’m concerned.

Poorinvester: I think sentiment has been shot to bits with all miners not just Mara. Investors are waking up to the fact that it’s an endless cycle of dilution and with the Bitcoin price of late being decoupled from miners price is the final straw. I’m not sure many of the miners can recover from this including the top miners.

It’s obvious to me the miners have had their day. The pathetic share price moves lately in regards to bitcoin price have made me question my investment and I’ve decided to sell up and move on. I’ll wait to hopefully see positive accounts results tonight from Mara , sell , then move all my investment into microstrategy. Good luck all.

Sold all my clsk at a great profit today and threw the lot into Mara . Just sat waiting now…to top slice my Mara haha
