I have holdings in six ITs such as TRIG . They are all showing a loss of around 4% on the day so far, and around 10% on the week ; a lot more than the indices. Clearly, interest rates will have an impact on NAVs, as discount rates will increase. Inflation has been capped, at least temporarily . Gas prices are coming down. On the other hand the assets held will be looking cheaper to the overseas investor . Inflation may trend higher than forecast. Plus a review of the energy market expected. Quite a complicated picture. Clarification needed on impact of all factors on NAVs, to stop the uncertainty / guesswork eroding SPs further, imo.
