I dunno, is it blatant ramping or just juvenile over excitement? BP is serious stuff in the scheme of things, it's not cheap penny gear, and any ramping on this bb is unlikely to be effective. One can assume that investors here are serious, intelligent people and can ignore, scroll on or use the filter.
