Ha ha you reminded me about how I first ventured into oily AIMS. I was tracking down one of the great unwashed at BB, she owed me cartloads in back rent for a cottage I own nearby. Happy to report, I got my back rent and she is a former tenant. Hopefully she has had a washdown by now. Cottage is spick and span.
