Gwywyn, The current govt. handed over a lot of planning control to local authorities so theoretically local people have the greatest say on what goes on in their neighbourhood. I imagine that where planning of this nature is concerned Whitehall would have more of a say. Definitely nothing to do with the EU or Brexit.

I don't think anybody can forecast what OPEC is going to do next. It I believe Amrita visited the Saudis not so long ago, she didn't pick up on it. These longer term oil price forecasts assume ceterus paribus which is as we know is daft.
