But things are different now they are under threat of litigation the whole world will now be watching and morocco are now under the microscope of how future investors will be treated.

OCP will be well aware of this a bad outcome could dammage their reputation as a global exporter and cedibility.

pressure is now on morocco to be transparent .

Radio 4 money programme reported this morning USA intends to incurr punitive tarriffs on any imports that affect domestic output. China being the main target. USA does not have domestic acess to rare earth metals, elements or minerals any more and import 96% of such materials from china. if you look at previous gwmo rns we have such materials and deposits .
