Please hazard a guess as to how much more this will cost and how that will relate to the dividend payment of year 2020 which was a percentage only of the profit the company made.

My personal opinion as that they will pitch the dividend to match the Sp to some extent but make it enough to give the SP a push and so i am expecting not a BIg dividend but somewhere in the region of 25 - 50 cents . The average gold selling price is roughly the same as it was in 2020 when they paid a much larger dividend of around 150 cents

Since the company said they would like to pay a dividend this year 2023, the annualised profit on a per share basis has increased by 52 pence per share. I wonder how much of this extra 52 pence will be added to our divi?

So the new investors who took 75% of the company are in at 5.85 p so there should hopefully be at least a return to that. I have taken some at just under 3p
It may have been more kind to shareholders to put this company to sleep as the is there worst fundraise yet.

To say there is no time to raise funds if this proposal is rejected is merely statement that they did not act earlier , and probably by design as old stamp was shooting his mouth off a year ago about a merger.

Stamp mentioned a merger last year , it was one the the reasons I offloaded , he was very open in a private interview when he said by 'July' ( this year) they would either have a raising ( at an attractive price) or a 'merger'
