As for shredded, the reason I started the group was the company comms was terrible and the share price down as low as 3.8p and evening then you didn’t really want to participate and saw any negativity towards the company as an attack on your portfolio.
My viewpoint is much different, when you up against it, fight to change things.
I still believe Bond and co are out of order with the staff retention shares as so far what have they done to require such measures? Bond would struggle to get paid more anywhere else. CFO is just an accountant so that leaves possibly Jim G as one id like retained.

Utter hogwash, there was a much bigger issue in place but you and others moan about a poster on a PIs talking shop because you can’t face Bond and co directly because they hid behind Covid. Other companies did the AGM online. Easy to do nowadays.
There was a huge volume being used to force down the price and the company comms make it easy.

Bumble do you remember when they got caught out with the fund raise and had to issue a TR notification because they just dropped below the limit?
Someone’s been trading with an algorithmic agenda like in April and had the liquidity to do that.
Also you’ll note more correctly my sentiment changed with the directors retention shares deal which was already 10p or more into the fall.

It’s not poor as I remember the others. Even remember notes asking if I’d met bumble which at that point I hadn’t. I guess we’d not introduced at that point. I could say your not so memorable but that would be rude and I do remember you. Even if it was only once in dec 19 and I’ve been around the planet about 20 times since then.

This isn’t a dictatorship. I avoid generally posting during trading hours and a huge amount less than before generally. Would I buy back? Yes if there was a change in management and investor relations. Not that anyone cares...

Interesting thing about that day in my view was Bonds disdain with the shatpreholder Q and A at the end. Quite clearly had enough of the riffraff

Was a hard decision to do that bumble as I want to see green tech take hold and reverse the situation the planet finds itself in, but I have a retirement to pay for and only so much to invest.
The clear attack on the share price that we experienced over the last month is something I cannot just watch with a mild macabre interest. The same happened back in April.
If I was a proper de ramper I would have kicked off at a much higher share price and sold much earlier.
Lacking company comms is a bit like the chicken farmer who can’t be bothered to shut the coup at night, the fox will have a field day.

Just seen your post Jimmy, I have not disclosed anyone’s shareholding and all records and the website have been deleted.
Just because I worked hard to try and change the way the company interacted with shareholders at the expense of my own time doesn’t mean I am back stabbing. I did what was needed at that time and the increase from 3.8p to today’s 46p should be a relief to many.
But the comms and interaction is just the same, that’s why I and others sold out. I find the lack of a published timeline and real targets disrespectful to shareholders.
I understand that many feel this is an attack on their investments and savings but really, you all should be putting the high earning job retaining pension grabbing BOd under scrutiny rather than just accepting your lot.
You have the likes of Haggis saying they have cash for x years and don’t need to sell anything soon, but the reality is the management need to prove they have the ability to design, produce and monetise the tech. Bond doesn’t seem to have a good track record on that.
Oh and Jim, I didn’t post at all after the freebie shares for staff retention and the price went down a further 10p, you need to work out what is the real reason is rather than belly ache about me. I don’t remember you sending me any thanks to when the price rose from 4p either.

[1] one that only releases the bare minimum regulatory news, and provides no guidance on timescales
[2] another that produces regular comms, clear guidance and milestones are consistently met

It’s a bit rich blaming Russia when the USA and some EU countries were trying to get Nord Stream 2 blocked and calling for sanctions, then asking for more gas when the European storage reserves were ran down to unusually low levels prior to winter.
We do need more green energy for sure and what is the Gov doing? Well cancelling the the renewable heat grant last March and the renewable heat incentive in Feb22.
About time to give PAYE tax relief on home energy production purchases in my view.

As a shareholder for many years I keep an eye on what is being said by who.
There is no rule to say I can’t but I guess you just don’t like the alternate posting and are doing the now popular thing of shutting down alternate views.
