Just for clarity, I’d like to see the Circum shares ring fenced to prevent gr from nicking them and giving shareholders some further security and gr moved aside so Prem can flourish.
If gr had the business acumen to make this good here we would have seen more signs of it.

Complaining about shockingly bad management isn’t perverse, it’s real life. It’s not acceptable. I worked in safety critical systems in a former career and if you managed your tasks poorly people died.

Any manager in any form of business has targets and is answerable. GR has been given carte Blanche to do what he likes from whimsical purchases to death spiral finance which has decimated the share price and expanded the share cap faster than the universe has expanded. The only way to deal with these people is to cut there wings. GR dealing over tct is at the least questionable and at the most a misappropriation of the company’s finance and assets.
Strongman is a self confessed trader and is posting to fill his pockets. The main shareholder group are hoping dialog with bring results and all the while the shite pit gets more smelly. Unless gr proves he isn’t useless by either income or shareholder value then he is just that, useless. Sitting with beer and crisps waiting the outcome.

But the conversion of the loan at these prices means GR benefits from hit shite performance to the detriment of shareholders yet again. The only acceptable option would be an extension or secured against RHA production profits would be my preference.

I’d like to see Circum ring fenced for shareholder should this go down the pan. At least the shareholders would have something of value if gr fooks this right up.

So here’s an alternative conspiracy theory.
GR has deliberately put RHA on care to negotiate 90% (cost to shareholders 20mill developement cost).
GRs mate comes in with a paltry 5mill to scope up some 40% of the company and starts splitting the profits from day one.
All assuming there’s tu down that hole....

CF, the financials of RHA need to be a hell of a lot better than the Bara report to make a difference worth talking about and the sign off effectively wipes out the first 20mill bucks that we would have clawed back before splitting anything with Zim gov.

With RA having someone on the board I would be really concerned if he sold out but as stated below it wouldn’t seem worth it for him. Tim Y or P Bond theory works better for me as distressed sellers.

If related to my conversation with 4444 i was implying that the shareprice doesn’t represent the state of the company, just the lack of news from them. If the news was bad then yes the shareprice could be factored into the equation.

4444 your using one single metric for judgement on the companies future ignoring all the other evidence to suggest otherwise. A signed contract indicates someone has confidence that the system will come to fruition.
BP could have been taken down after that incident, but I did make a few quid on the associated share price damage inflicted.
