Mal, I emailed Nap yesterday about GR and his continued tenure and didn't get a reply which means he/group had no interest in pulling an egm warning on GR. The Nap group is the only credible group based on verification and also why Smile has taken to try to find some middle ground.
I was and have been transparent even though you will probably disagree and based on the current situation, the email to gr from the latest group is really just that, an email.
The accounts are due which is a major concern and if they are late again, there is zero justification apart from negligence from management. By the time the group 1 start/need to turn some thumb screws it may be too late.
