Matt the tailings at RHA aren't economic on their own. The only use they have is to bump up the ROM material. And only because the XRT can sniff out any remaining mineralisation.
As for requiring permission from NIEEF I would think your wrong about that. We have mined already, and have the authority but not the cash. GR spend a significant amount of money on shaft upgrades that were unable to deliver economic quantities of ore. Coupled with the fact the we never ever got to the "magical" profitable stopes meant the mine was always going to shut down. Open pit, another GR own goal, shaft supposedly is positioned where the open pit mineralisation is. The guy can only get one thing right, his name and signature on his own pay check.
If he stopped looking at other projects we may have completed more work at Zulu, but the bufoon just cant help himself. Still the game lodge was a nice little sweeter for him and Mickey boy.

The shareholders will gain access to management at some point where questions like Hiiroc and W2T shares will inevitably come up. Also it doubt they would want to meet and greet based on what we currently know. Most shareholders are going to be asking why no orders yet I guess.

That is by design from GR. Puts shareholders in a Hobsons choice. Vote no and they run out of cash and default on the loan and SD gets circum shares. Vote yes and GR carries on his failing dictatorship, receives his salary and expenses, continues shopping for dubious assets like a women does with handbags and the money train keeps rolling to him.

Matt theres no reason that the Zim gov would block the processing of tailings and any income comes off the loan account meaning in PREMs pocket. Those tailings are only any good to supplement the underground ore due to mining capacity being smaller than plant processing capacity. Roach is untrustworthy as your beginning to find out. There is no way in hell he should be given headroom to dilute other than for working expenses and loan payments.

Charlie, tailings yes but stockpiled ore? Most of what was dug out was non/low mineralised development ore. There was no mining on the stopes as they never got to it. GR is just throwing the right words around to get the shares for shopping as he always has done. MNH, seems thats another rainbow wit a dog turd at the end....
