Don’t understand anyone selling right now. If the offer is accepted the mms will instantly bang the SP up to that price. If a counter offer comes in we could be looking at anything up to 85p. Buying now and holding is a no brainer.

I don’t understand why the mms dont want to trade it but are happy to take the stock.

Ignore the noise. When the update is released it is going to be huge. Watch the mms grab cheap stock off weak holders again first thing. They know how big this update will be and are busy filling huge orders on the cheap.

Apparently there will be an announcement regarding testing at today’s press conference and then the RNS will be released. This could be huge news on its way

So the placing might not even happen then?

Someone’s just pointed out on twitter......don’t they have to get approval for a placing from shareholders? If so then it isn’t going to happen is it.
