Im a relatively large holder in ESL, I just dont visit these boards that often. The key with ESL:
-Relationship with DBay, exteremly experienced in this space, having managed the biggest transport companies in the uk.
-Adrian Collins we all know comes from a wealth management background and is highly experienced.
-This £6m raise required is standard market practice for any investment vehicle.
-If we hit circa 2/3/4p tomorrow giving a mcap of £12m valuation – then thats going to spark alot of interest.
-And if 2/3/4 does hit then there will huge value to be gained in the SP.
-The dreaded 'Delist' word is in there because it has to be as part of the requirements from aim as we know
-a company delivering 40,000 delieveries a week is not a company thats going to go belly up, its market share is considerable, lets not forget that.
and so - panic sellers scrambling for the doors of a delist word, will imo create market opportunity, i see alot of money being made here both short and medium term.
The only real question i have is where do i see ESL SP wise in 12 months, with DBay and Adrian involved? now thats the real question, thats why im invested. Its a gamble for sure - but those 2 big assets involved with this, im happy to go along.
tomorrow, next week, thats just noise to me. we shall see moving forward.
