Sorry, I put an extra "0" in there... correct offer price is 0.0125 , this offer price will not change regardless of the share price.
If you think the share price will stay above 0.0125 you might want to agree to buy the offer shares.

Some people think Peterhouse are hoping people don`t take up the offer shares as they themselves are maybe desperate to buy any spare ones.... they are not getting mine thats for sure

If included in the offer you should be able to buy 1 share at 0.0125 for every share you owned at the time. If you bought through Halifax online share-dealing check your account management/corporate actions, the option to buy them should come within the next few days.
As an example,if a company released twice as many shares theoretically they are worth half the original value although money raised from selling extra shares means the company will be worth more. I don`t know the figures

Did you have them at 6pm on April 30th ? If so you should be included in the offer .

Should really average down here but I have already reached the limit I am happy to invest in any one share.
If I am lucky elsewhere ( unlikely) I might put a bit more in here, even if it turns out to be a bad investment I think my money has gone to a good cause

It says in RNS record time/date was 6pm 30th April.
Does anyone know if we will still get the offer for shares sold today ?
I didn`t sell them all of course but thought I might as well sell a few if buying back at offer price

Enjoy your moment but do it quietly as your gain is remember at the expensive of others.
Shorting is by no means the only way to make money, you just haven`t been buying the right shares at the right time

A lot of people have lost a lot of money today... HAVE SOME RESPECT !

The day to day price doesn`t concern me as this is a long term investment, I have just increased my holdings by 50%, if it drops again from here I will just top up again, simple !
