They can not comment on rtop but my question about if auditors had been bought in to liquidate company as steve suggested had this reply.

Bright Grahame Murray, the new auditors are currently working with the team on the 2024 Year End Audit.

Well moving onto a US company and trying his hand may be tge beginning of his ending, the sec are not pushovers like the fca.
