Check his linked in profile.
After a period of contemplation and reflection, I have decided to part ways with Supply@ME Capital plc.
I feel I leave the company both technologically and operationally in a better position than when I arrived, by leading the team to:
- Integrate a data ingestion module successfully into the operating processes;
- Build a robust and efficient operating process, with no key person dependencies;
- Create a safe and secure database, along with automated KPI monitoring protocols;
- Have an efficient due diligence process encompassing different inventory models;
- Expand the legal framework to cover several countries;
- Install a CRM module to manage the sales pipeline, and a Trading workflow to control the trading activities;
- Develop a strong third party relationship network that complements any expertise requirements.
As I depart I would like to thank: Ángel Poyato for his knowledge and expertise - driving to completion several initiatives from just a broad goal, Zamir Hashorva for his challenge and delivery, Amy Benning for keeping her head in incredibly difficult circumstances, and Andrea Antonucci & Miroslav Knezicky whose work ethics, drive, challenge, and desire to get the job done are second to none (I would work with these two anywhere!).
My core values are: integrity, professionalism, pragmatism, coaching and mentoring, with a passion for achieving multiple successful deliveries. With these core values I feel I have a large number of transferable skills and great adaptability.
If you are a CEO, CRO, or COO in a start-up, scale-up, or mature business and have a need to interrogate, augment, and/or automate credit & risk or operational processes then please feel free to contact me.
