They are answering emails again, quite swiftly aswell, so if anybody has questions, now is the time before radio silence kicks in again.

The key line is, the transaction was not completed.

We know this already as have had no rns about it being completed.

What the email does not clarify is whether the deal is dead or if it could happen in the future.
