The amount of sells v buys over past few months theres a huge chunk unaccounted for.
So maybe somebody is doing just what you say and one day there would be a big sale go through, it happened last time we were at these levels.
Remember seeing 2 accounts pop up on bloomberg screenshot holding shares equivalent to the loan companies holdings.
People were certain they had bought shares back, may well have done and sold them again on the last rise.
For all anybody knows TAG could have been trying to pay off loan for past 12 months.
No way would an rns be released talking about legal action if it were not true, the loan companies would soon cone out to dispel it.
My take is they didnt have the shares to hand back and are playing for time to get them back cheaply, hence the huge price drop due to short selling thats been going on.
Again there is no proof TAG have no money, just the usual suspects on line spouting rubbish.
AZ just wanted to clear things up with lucky bob.
Excellent news as myself and others have said all along, these need sorting before we can move on.
Now then AZ thanks for clearing up yesterdays questions ref loan shares.
Now for the WL rns, theres a good chap.
Buying on open market would require him not to be in a closed period.
Paying back loan to get his shares back could be done at any time.
More pressing though is he going to miss this by end of march deadline yet again??
If no rns nxt week surely he just trolling pi.
I think AZ’s plan all along is not to build a nasdaq listed unicorn but to keep this listing trundling along as long as possible to pay his wage and dump his shares.
The loan shares not being settled mean this is going nowhere.
Those being settled and returned would indicate a change in fortune.
Until then all these minute deals just create sim liquidity for Le dump.
Talking of which this dump seems never ending, looks like somebody wants out no matter what the price.
