Shares issues at 260% premium? Is that right?
The whole thing is a bit of a joke but that is surprising.
Where the hell is Chris cleverly??!
6. The 66m historic tax loss which can be used against future profit.
7. Itogen in the phillapines
8. SLM in Argentina
9. Chinese II as a shateholder
Hopefully that pesky seller has cleared and we have a free ceiling. News very overdue. 117 bags worth. If good, hold on to your hats.
Can you explain that buntibe? You mean the mm want shares and keep it low maybe?
Pretty sure the Lombardier CLN didn't have a floor, I.E. they learnt from their mistake. This obviously has huge risk but at leat they are using their skill and building, I always invested here for Indo exposure which is what thus is. If they impress here they maybe able to re visit dave failures, the foundations were there. Colter may yet surprise but that is a real dice roll. The workover is real tangible effort, not bad for a 1m mk cap. Dyor gla
What makes you say that ice, update incoming?
Appreciate your candid observations/points double but that was a bit school playground, adds no value to discussion. IMO the twitter feed is the co, have kept an eye on it for a long time. We do seem overdue and update though.
I am assuming Dan still holds, he would have had to give notice if he had sold? Is that correct double?
They have tweeted for the first time in a month today, nothing to it but they are gearing up, could be update tommorrow
You think the 105 is a code?
Very encouraging, best indicator of where we are heading is the appointment though, rather than intital results. They will be part way through a lot more results and know what's on the horizon for a potential resource. The approach is getting more and more thorough and brining in people that can make sure the standards are being met for JORC with what they are doing, rather than having to come back. Show diligence and confidence in what has come out the ground.
AIM Rule 21 – AIM Rule 21 previously imposed a requirement on AIM companies to ensure that, except in certain limited circumstances, directors and applicable employees did not deal in the company’s securities during a close period. A close period was defined as the period of 60 days immediately prior to the release of the company’s annual accounts, the period from the relevant financial period end up to and including the time of the publication of half-yearly results (if relevant) and 30 days prior to the release of quarterly results (if relevant), as well as any other time that the company was in possession of unpublished price sensitive information.
I agree poor but remember they can't, if they are in posetion of material news they are in a director non trading close period under rules
Another analyst on board, this is looking very positive now, they are going all in on it, employing specialists, taking time, own processing facility. Remember the Nomad held these results up so they are 2 plus weeks out of date, however I bet the appointment was a late addition to the RNS. I would not sell now even at 2.5p
Prob an isa move rather than trade
How heavily are you invested here boffin if your don't mind me asking? Ps. Thanks for your wise observations.
Craig is due back from Australia on thursday
Guys that video is over a month old. You can tell from listening, it's after blue moon and taking about the creswick results we got mid June, NOT the 600 bag testing we are waiting on.
Agree they were toxic, Clayson was just out of his depth. However Craig Brown is excellent, he has real connections and a great track record. We have a great chance here, the Victoria is prolific and gold is flying. The tax loss is also a huge bonus.
