RE: HNR3 Jan 2019 16:20
There has been much conjecture over recent days regarding the performance of the company during 2018. Therefore, it’s been widely acknowledged by both the negative & positive camps that we are all here to essentially make money, with our investment, or, gamble as some have now eluded to.
I’m a long term holder, being in just over 2 and a half years, and although not a large holding compared to some others, I do own approximately 0.128% of the company, and yes I’m underwater like most PI’s. However, I’m, and never was, under any illusions that the East Denver project would provide a suitable return for my investment and on this point I agree with JJAL. I’m not part of the Twitter group, but may apply in the future if I decide to register for Twitter that is? Therefore, at this time and starting the New Year with good thoughts I’m really curious to garner how individuals think the HNR story will play out?
I’m of the ilk, considering RP’s and CL’s holdings, that the investment we have made is pointing towards a takeover (with RP’s approval), or at the very least the sale of the tech, or, asset JV? I mean how do you honestly see a reward for your investment and the opportunity to crystallise said investment? We have invested in the acumen of RP and as someone has previously stated on this board, what’s in PM’s brain. I see no change to that, and the ED or WD play’s no part in that thinking, EOR inclusive of the Nitrogen, and, Helios is and are the plays where will hopefully be afforded the opportunity to crystallise our investment through effectively a liquidity event of sorts. How and which play will eventually provide this is open to question, and these, at this point of our journey, I would like to turn the talk towards
Regarding myself there are others on the board that have far greater insight into the company than I, and direct contacts with the board members. I’m not opening a debate to obtain inside information, and I don’t believe any of the larger PI holders are privy to anyway; I’m after some musings on how the HNR story may eventually play out? My theory, as stated above, would be for a takeover/buyout/JV upon the proving of the tech and/or asset, and patents. I would think a lowball takeover at 50p with a maximum of £3.00 per share based on how the HNR story unfolds, hence why I’m accumulating, I bought more yesterday. Alternatively, if there is not a takeover, a “revenue contribution” of some sort of buyout, of tech and/or asset, may be forthcoming, which in turn would be booked accordingly and reflected in the share price granting the opportunity to crystallise our shares……
