normally on AIM, when a placing happens (even without consolidation of shares previously announced) it normally means keep lights on and G&A covered for the next 6 months, the rinse and repeat cycle............!

Not here though, for me and obviously the market (as it hasn't dropped below the raising price), it's kosher business move, and a signal that the licence (that damn license) is imminent............!
