But with our first refusal option, if the new JV partner isn't going to pony up our owed $5.6m (£4m ish) then we'll veto (1st refusal ) and take 100% at a current bid minus monies owed value.................. :)

I see your figures, and yes imagine if a bid of £2m for Cambay was put forward (+£4m to OEX to cover outstanding)...........! we'd still have to bid £6m for 100%, and from where do we get that........? although not impossible, not top of my list.........!

The true value is the x2 drills already being planned......... and what if.......? our new JV partner pays for these, in part/full, in exchange for the outstanding unpaid cash from GSPC.........!

The value of mine moved this morning, they've been 13.00p static for weeks, but this morning 13.58p, steadily dropping back to 13.50p (ATM), exchange rate I presume...........!

whether it's taken off the price to GSPC, or to be negotiated with OEX, as part of the first refusal, is to be seen. Give up some percentage to us as full/part payment.........?

Have another look at the x2 quotes on the "RNS........." thread I put up, GSPC seem to have one bidder, singular, yet OEX seem to multiple bidders, plural...........! a typo? or more to it?
